Truma announce new Sales and Marketing team!
As one chapter closes a new one begins
Last month, Truma saw the retirement of Brenda Sanford after ten years of dedicated service, but continues to move forward with the restructuring of a new Sales and Marketing team.
Brenda (71) started at the company in 2000, previously working for Carver for a number of years and moving to Truma during the Carver acquisition. Her last day was made as special as possible, with Brenda receiving a number of gifts and phone calls from dealers, demonstrating the extent of her good working relationships with the trade network. A presentation was also made by Managing Director, Len Latham.
“I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Truma these past ten years” says Brenda, “I can honestly say I have never once gone to bed on Sunday night dreading work the next day. I will be truly sad to leave you all”.
Even though Truma will be sad to see Brenda leave, her departure signifies the creation of a new era, as Truma reconstructs a new Sales and Marketing team. Looking to improve the relationships they have with the dealer network, as well as improving customer service, Truma are in the process of implementing a new retail scheme. To ensure the effective implementation of this scheme Truma have appointed two new dealer representatives, Paul Martin and Rachel Salt.
Also joining the team is Nikki White, the new marketing assistant, who will help undertake all new activities that Truma have planned moving forward, as well as the new retail scheme.
Under the guidance of Adam Shanley (Sales and Marketing Manager) the three new arrivals will be joining Louise Howells (Sales Office Manager) and Rachel Ludlow (Sales Office Representative) to complete the team.
“We will be very sad to see Brenda go but are very positive to be moving forward with the new Sales and Marketing team. It marks the start of a new approach of trade support, as well as improving the service we offer the consumers of our products - watch this space!” Adam Shanley, Sales and Marketing Manager.
