Dealer Training
Here at Truma we are keen to pass on our technical advice and knowledge to our dealers to ensure that Truma products are being correctly worked upon for service repairs and installations. Training is carried out here at Truma’s HQ, with a sufficient sized training facility containing a selection of Truma products that are cut-out, allowing for a real in-depth learning of the ins and outs of how Truma products work and the common faults that occur with such products. Truma training provides hands on experience of fault finding to give practical training while our service engineers are on hand to answer any questions or queries and help guide you into resolving the fault.
Truma offer 4 different training courses that cover different ranges of Truma products. The purpose of this is to enable the dealer to choose the training course that best relates to their business and focuses upon the Truma products that they have most dealings with. The 4 courses are as follows:
- Option 1: Core Products
Covers the S Series heaters i.e. S3002, S5002, S2000, S2200, Ultraheat, Fan systems, Ultrastores, Ultraflow and basic Caravan Mover information. - Option 2: C&E Series Heaters
Covers the C Series range i.e. C3402, C34002, C6002, C6002EH and the E Series range i.e E2400, E2800 and E4000. - Option 3: C&D Series Heaters
Covers the new style combi’s. LPG and diesel versions. - Option 4: Air Conditioning and Caravan Movers
Covers the new Sapphire air conditioning untis with some very basic Frostair information. All Truma’s Caravan Mover range are covered; The New Generation Caravan Movers and Truma’s Original Caravan Mover.
Training commences the week of 05/10/09 and will continue up until around Easter time 2010 if there are sufficient applicants to run a course.
Places are filled on a first come first serve basis. Training is charged at £100 for the first training session booked, and then £50 for consecutive options, which is only applicable to courses booked to commence in the same training period.
