About Us
Truma UK was founded in April 1997 originally based in Burton-On-Trent, we have since relocated to Dove Valley Business Park, an accessible development off the A50 in between Derby and Stoke. Truma UK are now an established branch of the Truma group, and from Truma UK’s Head Office, products are transported across the UK dealer and manufacturer network. Truma’s many years of experience working with caravans, mobile homes, commercial vehicles and boats are reflected in high levels of technical expertise and high quality products. Our impressive range of products include liquid gas heaters, warm air systems, air-conditioning equipment, boilers, caravan movers, lamps, valves, gas pressure regulators and a wide range of accessories.
Benefiting from a large onsite warehouse allows for Truma products to be packaged, picked and stored via one central division, offering prompt delivery and rapid distribution to all parts of the UK.
Truma UK is divided into five departmental areas. Each area has responsibility associated with different levels of the supply chain, meaning all queries and enquiries can be handled by the appropriate member of staff.
- Truma Sales
Truma UK’s in-office sales team are spilt into two segments, one that deals specifically with Manufacturer and Wholesaler trade, and the other with UK Caravan and Motorhome Dealers. Truma UK also have Dealer Representatives that personally visit all of Truma UK’s Dealer account holders to help promote, inform and sell new products in the Truma UK product range.
- Truma Marketing
Marketing organise and help run the shows and exhibitions that Truma UK attend, and have strong relations with the industry press to keep the trade and public informed of company news and events. Working closely with the sales team in and out of office, help Truma UK identify possible marketing campaigns and opportunities so we become most proficient, in moving forward within the UK market.
- Truma Service
Truma UK Service provides after sales technical support and advice for the trade and end-users of Truma products. Technical staff are always present at all rallies and exhibitions that Truma UK attend to offer their expertise. Truma UK Service have a specially built department, suitably designed to work safely and securely on vehicle repair.
- Truma Warranty
Truma UK products are all covered by a standard 2 year warranty period. Problems with product that arise within this period are sent back to Truma UK by Manufacturers and Dealers for our warranty department to measure valid claims. Standard procedures and checks are carried out on the product to ensure the fault is fixed, from which it is re-issued back out to the Manufacturer/Dealer, or is replaced.
